Maha is the founder of Mihad Academy of Culinary Arts. She leads the academy with a vision that brings together skill, culture, and identity, while offering a complete educational experience in culinary arts, hospitality, and food and beverage project management.

Maha believes that cooking is not just about preparing recipes. It is an art, an identity, and a language that expresses cultures and tells stories through flavors and details. Through Mihad, she helps trainees understand culinary fundamentals, develop practical skills, think creatively, and create complete food experiences with confidence.

She places special focus on Asiri cuisine as a rich cultural identity that deserves wider recognition. Her approach presents local ingredients and traditional dishes in a contemporary way that preserves authenticity while connecting heritage with modern creativity.

Her programs emphasize hands-on learning, practical knowledge, costing and pricing, entrepreneurship support, and the farm-to-table concept through the use of local products and collaboration with farmers and producers in the Asir region.
